Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium green peppers, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cut in half.
In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.
Stir in 1 cup soup, rice and seasonings.
Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Dilute remaining soup and pour over peppers. Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until peppers are done. Remove cover and top with cheese strips.
Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
