Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 egg, beaten and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
Remove seed and scald slightly.
Combine beef, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 can tomato sauce.
Pile meat mixture lightly into pepper halves. Place in large baking dish.
Top each pepper with rest of tomato sauce.
Add 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan.
Cover dish tightly. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until peppers are tender.
Baste occasionally.
