Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 green peppers, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground chuck and 1/2 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove stem ends and seeds from peppers.
Saute onion in butter; add meat and brown.
Mix in rice, salt and pepper and one can tomato sauce.
Fill peppers and arrange in baking dish. Combine sour cream, the remaining can of tomato sauce and the sherry and pour over peppers.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
