Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. cooked rice (2/3 c. uncooked), 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and wash.
Combine beef, cooked rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish.
Pour sauce over each pepper.
Cover tightly and bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 1 and 1/4 hours or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
