Stuffed Peppers

Brown meat, onion and seasonings.
Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup milk, egg, 1/4 cup catsup, 3/4 cup rice and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Place in roaster or Dutch oven.
Cover with 2 cups tomato sauce, 3/4 cup catsup and 1/2 cup water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
