Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 med. onion, 1/2 c. rice and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds, scrape with a spoon.
Chop onion fine and add to meat, washed rice, salt, pepper and egg; mix well.
Fill green peppers 3/4 full with mixture. Place peppers in a deep pot; standing up-add tomato soup & water mixture.
Should cover the peppers, simmer about 1 hour till rice and meat are cooked.
