Stuffed Pepper
Stuffed Pepper is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 green peppers, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash peppers.
Cut off tops and clean out.
Chop tops.
Place peppers in 2 quarts of salt water.
Bring to a boil, cover and then reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Drain peppers and set aside.
