Stuffed Pears
Stuffed Pears is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk or cream, 1/4 tsp. almond extract, 1/2 c. chopped raisins and 2 medium size pears, peeled, halved and cored, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small bowl of mixer, beat cheese, milk and extract until well blended and fluffy. Stir in raisins.
Using ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, shape mixture into 4 balls.
Place on cut sides of pear halves.
Sprinkle with almonds. Serve at once.
