Quarts boiling salted water, add 1/2 tablespoon margarine.
Stuffed according directions. Drain.
A 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Blend cream into sour cream; stir in half of Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Pour over pasta; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
