Cook pasta shells as directed.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Melt butter.

Add flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg (will be a paste). Add milk; cook on low until thick.

Add spinach to sauce.

Put in baking dish.

Mix tuna and Ricotta cheese.

Fill shells with mixture.

Arrange shells on top of spinach mixture.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Garnish with paprika.
