Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. mushroom stems, 1 lb. large mushroom caps, 1/4 c. green pepper and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt butter and add stems, green pepper and onion and cook until soft.
Add bread crumbs and seasonings to taste and fill center of washed mushroom caps.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in baking dish; place mushrooms in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Put under broiler for 2 minutes, until brown.
