Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 cartons fresh mushrooms, 1 lb. sage flavored sausage, 1 small onion and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Brown sausage, onions and mushroom stems.
Drain sausage and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture.
Put in baking dish or on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 300Β° for about 30 minutes.
Leftover stuffing can be sprinkled on top of mushrooms before baking.
