Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms (3 dozen), 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. soft bread crumbs and 6 slices bacon cooked and finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash mushrooms, remove stems and finely chop.
Cook and stir chopped stems and onion for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and 1 Tbsp. butter.
Fill caps and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes.
