Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. medium to large mushrooms, 1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. processed ham, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 c. bread crumbs and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
Place mushroom caps in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Chop mushroom stems to make 1/2 cup.
Save remaining stems for another use.
Chop ham.
Place chopped mushrooms and ham in bowl.
Press garlic with garlic press and place in bowl with remaining ingredients.
Mix together.
Use a small spoon to place mixture into mushroom caps.
Pat down.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Yield
24 to 30.
