Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 16 oz. pkg. white mushrooms, 1 8 oz. pkg. reduced fat cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. mayo, 3-4 chopped green onions and 1-2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Rinse and pat mushrooms dry.
Mix together cream cheese, green onions and mayo.
Remove stems from mushrooms and fill mushrooms caps with cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or a decorating bag.
Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
