Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. large fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. shredded cheddar and 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash mushrooms.
Remove and chop stems.
In 1-quart casserole, combine stems, onions and butter.
Microwave at High 2 minutes or until tender.
Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning.
Pile in caps.
Arrange caps on paper towel lined plate with large caps to outside.
Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
Rotate plate once or twice during cooking.
