Use medium-sized mushrooms.
Remove stems, chop and combine with bread, onions, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and 1 tablespoon oil.
Stuff the mushrooms, pour remaining oil into baking dish and tilt to spread evenly.
Heat the pan in a 375Β° oven, then arrange mushrooms in it.
Bake 10 minutes.
