Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and stem mushrooms.
Put caps in pan and brush with butter.
Saute onions in 2-cup measuring cup for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave.
Add stems and cook uncovered until tender, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in bread, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper.
Put about 1 tablespoon in each cap, 12 to a plate.
Microwave at Full power 2 minutes.
Cover plate with wax paper.
