Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large mushrooms, 3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. minced white onion, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix with bread crumbs, then add to stem mixture.
Use 2 or 3 tablespoons whipped cream.
Add just enough to hold it together. Butter bottom of mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper lightly.
Stuff mushrooms with filling.
Top with grated Swiss cheese and melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
