Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. bite size mushrooms, 5 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Grease a cookie sheet. Using a towel dipped in water and the 1 tablespoon lemon juice, wipe mushrooms clean.
Remove stems; chop them and set mushrooms aside.
To stems, add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pack cavity of mushrooms and place on cookie sheet.
Add a few drops of oil to each mushroom.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
