Combine ingredients, except catsup, mushrooms and cheese; mix just combined (do not overmix).
Spread on wax paper to
12-inch rectangle about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms over meat.
Then, using wax paper to start, roll meat, jelly roll fashion.
Place seam down on roasting
Spread catsup on top.
Cook, uncovered, about 16 minutes on High.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
