Stuffed Kaiser Rolls
Stuffed Kaiser Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked, 1 onion, chopped and sauteed, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and cooked, or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, melted and 1 tbsp. greek seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Add cooked broccoli to cooked beef and onion.
Cut 1 pound Velveeta over meat mixture and let it melt.
Remove from heat. Cut off tops of buns; pull out inside of bottom buns.
Fill with beef mixture; put tops on.
Roll buns in melted seasoned margarine.
Wrap individually in foil.
Bake on cookie sheet in 375° to 400° oven for 15 minutes.
Can be frozen.
Serves 6.
