Stuffed Jumbo Shells
Stuffed Jumbo Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells (20), 1 tbsp. salad oil, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, minced and 1 garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
One hour before serving, prepare shells as label directs; drain well.
Heat salad oil, ground beef, onion, garlic, celery, salt and pepper until meat is well browned.
Stir in walnuts and 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce.
Stuff rounded tablespoonful of meat mixture into each shell.
Reserve remaining meat mixture.
Spoon 1 cup sauce into 10 x 2-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining meat mixture.
Spoon remaining sauce evenly in and around shells, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
