Stuffed Ham Rolls
Stuffed Ham Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 slices boiled ham, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine spinach, stuffing mix and sour cream.
Spread 1/4 cup of stuffing mixture down center of ham slice.
Roll up and place seam side down in single layer in 12 x 8 1/2-inch baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour.
Add milk.
Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts.
Pour over ham rolls.
Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Serve hot with sauce spooned over ham rolls.
