Stuffed Garlic Bread
Stuffed Garlic Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Cut a "V" shape top out of entire loaf; save.
Remove all bread from interior, leaving crust shell intact.
Tear into large chunks.
Brown bread and garlic in butter.
Drizzle with a little olive oil while browning.
In a large bowl, mix bread mixtures, cheeses, sour cream and pepper, mixing well.
Spoon mixture back into crust shell.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Replace top of bread.
