Stuffed Flounder
Stuffed Flounder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) flounder fillet, 1 lb. white crabmeat, 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 onion, chopped and 4 pieces toast, moistened with water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine white crabmeat, onion, bell pepper, toast, salt and pepper.
Mix together.
Put white side of flounder on pan. Put stuffing on fillet.
Side of fish on top.
Pat with butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Can add shrimp to stuffing.
