Stuffed Eggs
Stuffed Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 hard-cooked eggs, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 c. salad dressing, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice hard-cooked eggs in half, lengthwise.
Place yolks in mixing bowl and mix well.
Combine powdered mustard, salt, salad dressing, pickle relish and white pepper; mix until smooth.
Fill each cavity of egg white with yolk mixture.
Mound up slightly. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fine chopped parsley.
