Stuffed Eggs
Stuffed Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 hard-cooked eggs, 1 c. (8 oz. can) crab meat, flaked, 1 tbsp. french salad dressing mix, 1 c. celery and 1 tbsp. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Finely chop celery and green pepper; set aside.
Slice eggs in half, lengthwise; remove yolks and mash.
Combine yolks and crab meat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well.
Stir until well mixed.
Refill egg whites.
Chill until serving time.
Makes 24 unusual and delicious stuffed eggs.
