Stuffed Crescent Rolls
Stuffed Crescent Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. crescent rolls, 1/3 c. italian bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 6 to 7 links (large) italian sausage, precooked, drained and crumbled and mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Separate rolls.
Place thin slice of cheese starting at wide end.
Mix together sausage, bread crumbs and 1 egg and 1 egg yolk. Save second egg white for the topping.
Place heaping teaspoon of mixture same as with cheese.
Roll to narrow end.
Place close together on lightly greased tin.
