Stuffed Crab
Stuffed Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. shallots, finely chopped, 1 stick butter, 2 c. coarse bread crumbs and 2 bay leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a medium-sized skillet, saute onion and shallots in butter. Add bread crumbs and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Add bay leaves, salt, pepper, cayenne, crabmeat and parsley; mix thoroughly and heat through.
Remove from heat and remove bay leaves.
Pack stuffing into 4 crab shells and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in a shallow baking dish for 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β°.
