Cover chicken breast with saran wrap and beat until flat. Lay slice of ham on each piece.
Cream together cream cheese and herbs.
Funnel cream mixture on top of ham.
Place slice of bell pepper on top.
Using a small piece of saran wrap, roll breast slices into tube shapes.
Heat oil in pan.
Brown breasts 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done.
