Stuffed Celery
Stuffed Celery is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 celery heart, ribs separated and trimmed, 6 oz. cream cheese, 1 tsp. white vinegar, 1 tbsp. light cream and 1 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
Blend together the white vinegar, light cream and curry powder.
Add the cream cheese and work the mixture into a smooth paste.
