Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground lamb or hamburger, 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 large onion, 1 large can tomatoes and garlic salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Core cabbage; cook until cabbage is almost soft.
Combine meat, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Remove individual cabbage leaves.
Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat mixture at the top of the leaf.
Roll leaf up, tucking in sides.
Place cabbage rolls in a roasting dish.
Add tomatoes; cover and cook in a 350Β° oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
You may wish to add more tomatoes or a little water if needed.
