Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 1/2 c. partially cooked rice, salt, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained and finely chopped, sauteed onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wilt cabbage in boiling water to which juice of 1 lemon has been added.
Drain cabbage leaves; cut heavy rib out.
Combine meat, onion, rice and seasoning.
Spread leaf with 2 tablespoons of mixture.
Fold opposite and roll.
Place in pan.
Add 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
Cover; simmer in oven at 325Β° for 2 hours.
Serve with boiled potatoes and string beans.
