Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground pork (lean), 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. rice, 1 tbsp. salt and 3 tbsp. dehydrated green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add meat, spices, onions and rice and mix well with hands. Core cabbage.
Place in large pan of salted water.
Scald cabbage and separate leaves.
Cut vein and discard.
Roll meat in cabbage leaf and tuck inside. Place on a layer of extra cabbage. Brown bacon and mix with soup. Pour over stuffed cabbage.
Cook about 1 1/2 hours.
