Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 1 lb. hamburg, 1/3 c. rice, cooked, 1 small clove garlic and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Partly boil cabbage 1/2 hour.
Remove from water.
Set aside to cool.
Saute salt pork, garlic, onions and chopped celery.
Add to hamburg mixture and rice, salt and pepper.
Fill every leaf of cabbage with mixture.
Roll up and place in pan.
Mix tomato paste with 1 can of water.
Pour over cabbage roll.
Bake 2 hours at 350Β°.
