Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. hamburger, 2 c. uncooked rice, 1 large can tomato juice, 1 tsp. salt and 2 large heads cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil cabbage until about half cooked.
Cool cabbage off with cold water and peel leaves off one at a time; put aside.
Cook hamburger and rice and mix together with onions after dicing.
Mix with salt and pepper.
Take cabbage leaves and put about a baseball size hamburger mixture inside and roll up.
Stick a toothpick in to secure it.
Repeat the process with all the cabbage.
Then, put in a large pan with a lid.
Pour all of the other ingredients over the cabbage and cook about 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
This will serve about 4 people.
