Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 onion, chopped fine, 1/2 tsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Use outside leaves; separate and boil until done (about 8 leaves).
Cook rice until done.
Put hamburger in pan and cook until brown; remove and add onion, chili powder, paprika and cooked rice.
Put about 3 tablespoons of mixture into each cabbage leaf.
Put into baking dish.
Pour catsup over cabbage and cook until done.
