Stuffed Cabbage

Combine beef, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onion and 1 can tomato sauce; well. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
Fold ends over, roll up and fasten toothpicks.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage rolls.
Cover; cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
