Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed Bell Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 bell peppers, 1 box rice-a-roni mix, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 lb. ground beef and 2 cans hunt's tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut tops off of bell peppers and remove insides.
Boil in a large pot for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from water and allow to cool.
Brown and season ground beef as desired.
Drain meat; set aside.
Prepare Rice-A-Roni mix according to package directions. Add ground beef, rice mix, 1 can of Hunt's sauce, oregano and sugar; mix well.
Place this mixture into bell peppers.
Place remaining mixture in a baking dish along with bell peppers.
Pour 1 can of Hunt's sauce over mixture; cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
