Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed Bell Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Boil peppers about 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain. Cook meat and onion until meat is lightly browned.
Drain off fat. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Simmer until thick.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Drain.
Mix with the hamburger mixture.
Stuff mixture into bell peppers.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes a very pretty dish to serve.
