Stuff 'n Such Chicken Casserole
Stuff 'N Such Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. stuffing mix, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, pimento (optional) and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place stuffing crumbs in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine water, butter and contents of seasoning packet in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Pour over crumb mixture; mix well.
Press some of the stuffing up along sides of casserole to create a hollow in the center.
Arrange chicken chunks in hollow area.
Blend soup and milk; pour over chicken.
May be garnished with chopped pimento and fresh parsley, if desired.
Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 4 to 6.
