Stuff is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced, 3 to 4 carrots, sliced, 2 cans cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mash out 1 pound ground beef into bottom of 10-inch skillet. Top with potatoes, carrots and onion.
Roll small meatballs out of rest of ground beef and place on top.
Cover with the Cheddar cheese soup, spreading it all over the top.
Cover with lid and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are done.
Goes real well with a side of white rice.
