Stromboli
Stromboli is an easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves frozen bread dough (thaw the night before), 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni, 1/2 lb. ham, 1/2 lb. cheese (cheddar/provolone) and mushrooms, onions and green peppers, sauteed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Roll dough into an oblong shape.
Brush with olive oil and oregano.
Place filling in the center.
Fold long sides over and pinch to close.
Close ends by rolling once and pinching.
Grease pan with Pam. (Or for best results, eliminate Pam and bake on stoneware.)
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until brown.
