Stroganoff to Die For
Stroganoff To Die For is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sirloin, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1 can campbell's tomato soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut meat into 1 or 2-inch cubes.
In a Ziploc bag, put flour, salt and pepper.
Put cubed meat in bag and shake.
Take meat from bag and place in skillet (electric) on 350Β° with 3 tablespoons oil.
Brown on all sides of meat.
Add onion to meat until the onion becomes transparent.
Cook for about 20 minutes on low heat. Add bell pepper and mushrooms; stir for a few minutes.
Add tomato soup and stir and let cook on simmer 30 minutes.
