Stroganoff Casserole
Stroganoff Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with noodles, cooked, 1/2 large box velveeta cheese, 2 lb. ground beef, cooked and crumbled, 2 tbsp. onion and 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

When draining noodles, leave a small amount of water in order to melt cheese into noodles.
Mix meat, onion and soup.
Stir into noodles.
Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Freezes well.
