Stroganoff
Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean hamburger, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1-2 cans sliced mushrooms, 1-2 garlic cloves, minced and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger in large skillet.
Add onion, mushrooms, or fresh to taste.
Saute garlic.
Add soup (don't add water), paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all together.
Add noodles and 2-3 cups water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook until noodles are done.
Add 1 cup sour cream before serving.
