Stroganoff
Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger; drain.
Remove from pan.
Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
Stir in hamburger, garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve over buttered noodles.
