Stroganoff
Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef sirloin, 2 tbsp. flour (more for thicker sauce), 2 tbsp. butter or oil, 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1/2 c. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut sirloin into strips and coat with flour.
Heat skillet and add butter or oil.
When melted, brown beef.
Add mushrooms and onion, then add tomato sauce and beef broth.
Simmer for 1/2 hour to an hour.
For thicker sauce, simmer longer.
For thin sauce, add more liquids (equal parts).
Before serving add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
