Crumble cookies in pan, 13 x 9-inch.
Add chocolate pudding; top with 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 Cool Whip mixture.
Add more chocolate pudding.
Top all with Cool Whip; crumble chocolate part of Oreos on top for decoration.
